Stéphane Tendero Takes Charge as New Director of Café de Paris

Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer has announced a significant leadership transition at the iconic Café de Paris, located in the heart of Monaco on Place du Casino. Stéphane Tendero, a veteran in the hospitality industry with three decades of experience, has been appointed to lead the renowned brasserie. He succeeds Eric Gorjux, who managed the café since its reopening in 2022.

Tendero's impressive career includes positions at some of France's most prestigious establishments. He started as a catering director at various casinos across France before ascending to notable roles in Paris, including as executive director at the legendary La Coupole. Most recently, Tendero served as the catering director at the celebrated Fouquet’s, a role he held for over six years.
