Prince Albert Supports French Athletes at Paris Olympic Village Visit

HSH Prince Albert of Monaco recently demonstrated his support for the French team during his visit to the Olympic Village. Accompanied by André-Pierre Goubert, Director of the Olympic Pole of the French National Olympic and Sports Committee, and Jackson Richardson, Chef de Mission for the French delegation, Prince Albert toured the facilities designated for French athletes. His presence underscored his longstanding commitment to sports and the Olympic movement.

The French team, housed near the Monaco delegation, benefits from three dedicated buildings, one of which they share with the Belgian team. These quarters are noted for their functionality and comfort, accommodating 518 athletes. Prince Albert praised the Village's design and capacity, highlighting the environment's role in supporting athletes’ peak performance.

The visit also offered an opportunity to witness first-hand the state-of-the-art amenities provided to Olympians. This aligns with Prince Albert's advocacy for sports and athletic excellence, reflecting his ongoing support for not just Monegasque athletes but participants throughout the region.
