Monaco Town Hall is set to host an array of Halloween events designed to captivate and entertain residents of all ages. Starting off, a parent-child workshop will be held at the Princess Caroline Library on October 16, providing children aged three and older the opportunity to craft their own Halloween monsters. The festivities will continue with Scary Stories sessions for brave young listeners on October 29, setting the stage for a month filled with eerie excitement.
The Halloween celebration will peak on October 31 with the 14th edition of the Grand Jeu d’Halloween at Parc Princesse Antoinette, where makeup stands and games will delight children aged three to 10. Adding to the fun, the Louis Notari Library will host a Halloween-themed Manga Bla-Bla and Games Afternoon on the same day. For older children, aged 10 to 14, the Espace Léo Ferré will transform into a spooky party zone complete with a DJ, a themed bar, a selfie booth, and plenty of candy.
Enhancing this year's festivities, the Town Hall is introducing 'Halloween Night at the Park' for teenagers, offering music, snacks, and entertainment in the upper part of Princess Antoinette Park. Additionally, a family-friendly costume competition will take place at the Condamine Market, inviting families to showcase their creativity. The Monaco Attractions Fair will extend its hours until midnight for those seeking extra thrills, although attendees are reminded to avoid costume accessories that resemble real weapons, as they may be confiscated by security.
