Monaco's Village of Sports has opened its doors once again on the southern quay of Port Hercule, promising an enhanced experience for both families and sports enthusiasts following its successful debut last year. The event, organized by Monaco’s Sports and Associations Department, aims to build on the impressive turnout of 25,000 visitors seen in its first year. Among the attractions, the obstacle course, inspired by the "Ninja Warrior" television series, has been expanded to include more lanes, improving accessibility for children.
Adventure seekers will be pleased to find returning favorites such as the treetop adventure course, climbing wall, and a 180-meter zipline, all designed to offer exciting challenges to participants of all ages. Additionally, from December 25, a new activity will be available near the Stade Nautique Rainier III, where children can learn teqball—a dynamic blend of football and table tennis. These free sessions will run daily in the afternoons, providing a unique sporting experience for the youth.
The Village of Sports not only caters to young enthusiasts but also ensures a comfortable experience for parents and guardians with the addition of benches and a refreshment stand, courtesy of a collaboration with the Association of Monaco Guides and Scouts. This enhancement underscores the event's growing status as a cherished holiday tradition in Monaco. For further details on event timings and access, visitors are encouraged to check www.mairie.mc.
