Notable speakers at this year’s event include former football star Gerard Piqué, discussing his innovative Kings League project, and J. Michael Evans, president of Alibaba Group, among other distinguished figures such as Javier Tebas, president of La Liga, who will explore significant issues like the impact of piracy on broadcasting rights.
The event will also showcase approximately 800 exhibitors from over 70 countries, highlighting the latest advancements in fan engagement technologies and digital innovations. The Sportel Awards ceremony, a highlight of the event, will take place on Monday evening, honoring sports legends such as handball icon Nikola Karabatic with the Legend Award and former footballer Dominique Rocheteau with the Biography Prize for his memoir, "Foot sentimental."
