The third edition of the charitable dinner supporting the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation and Courchevel Sports Club's young athletes was held at the Ineos Club House in the renowned Savoyard ski resort on Thursday, February 20. The event, graced by the honorary presence of Their Serene Highnesses Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco, attracted over 200 prominent figures from the realms of sports, arts, and business, affirming Monaco’s commitment to nurturing young talent and utilizing sports for social betterment.
The gala, aligned with the spirit of the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympic Games and anticipating the 2030 Winter Olympics events in Courchevel, showcased the cohesive force of sports and philanthropy. A silent auction, conducted by famed Finnish auctioneer Jussi Pylkkänen, offered rare artistic works and exclusive experiences with top athletes, drawing spirited bidding from the attendees, complemented by a high-profile raffle, all in support of the charitable cause.
The proceeds from the evening are earmarked for the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation and the Courchevel Sports Club, to support initiatives aimed at children’s well-being, drowning prevention, and the development of youth sports. This prestigious event highlighted the Principality of Monaco's ongoing dedication to promoting athletic prowess and ensuring the welfare of future generations through the transformative power of sport.
