Monaco Mairie Invites Young Residents to Join Festive Art Contest

The Mairie de Monaco is delighted to announce the continuation of its beloved festive tradition, the “Mon plus beau dessin au Père Noël” art competition. This event, tailored for children up to 8 years old who either reside or study in Monaco, invites young participants to express their artistic talents by submitting drawings to Santa Claus. These entries can be submitted at the special mailbox located at the Marché de la Condamine, with the submission period open from November 15 through December 17, 2024.

An esteemed panel of judges will deliberate and select four winners, one from each age group. The winners will be honored at a celebratory ceremony scheduled for December 19, 2024, at 5:00 p.m., hosted under the arcades of the Marché de la Condamine. Attendees, including participants and their families, will be treated to a festive atmosphere complete with warm beverages, hot chocolate, and an assortment of sweets from a candy and cotton candy bar.

This event not only highlights the creativity of Monaco's youth but also strengthens the communal bonds during the festive season. Residents and visitors are encouraged to mark their calendars and partake in the festivities as Monaco transforms into a winter wonderland, celebrating the cherished values of art and community during the Christmas season.
