The Princely Government of Monaco has unveiled plans for a new housing development at the Villa Luciole site, located at 5 rue Louis Auréglia. The proposed 10-story structure is set to feature 27 state-owned apartments, which include a spacious T5 apartment and 26 T2 units, complemented by a dedicated private parking area. This initiative is part of Monaco's strategic approach to meet its growing housing needs and further urban development.
In a move to facilitate this development, a public tender has been issued to select a qualified real estate developer for the design and construction of the project. Full details of the tender were made available in the Journal de Monaco on September 13, under the regulatory framework of Sovereign Ordinance No. 7.264, which oversees public contracts within the Principality.
Potential bidders are encouraged to express their interest and retrieve the necessary documents for submission. The timeline for submission of proposals is set with a closing date of September 28 for initial applications and a final deadline for offers on November 27 at 10:00 AM. This project underscores Monaco’s commitment to expanding its residential infrastructure and enhancing the quality of living for its residents.
