MITO Investments Proposes High-Tech Entertainment Hub in Cap d’Ail Near Monaco

Miami-based MITO Investments, under the leadership of entrepreneur Mirko Tocchio, has set its sights on transforming Monaco's entertainment scene by proposing a state-of-the-art entertainment center in Cap d’Ail, just adjacent to the Principality. This new venue, poised to be established on the ground floor of the "ZAC Saint Antoine" complex, will occupy about 1,273 square meters where the former Ni Box once stood. With an initial investment of three million euros, the project is designed to usher in a new era of leisure for both Monaco residents and visitors, featuring facilities like advanced bowling lanes, an American-style diner, and versatile event spaces.

The highlight of the proposed center is its futuristic lounges, which are to be equipped with video game stations, sports simulators, and tournament-ready consoles catering to the gaming and e-sports community. Tocchio’s vision is to create an innovative and inclusive space where the youth can engage with cutting-edge interactive entertainment while offering enjoyable options for families and visitors of various age groups. The development aims to position itself as a modern alternative within Monaco’s predominantly luxury-oriented leisure landscape, potentially turning Cap d’Ail into a vibrant social hub.

Should the project receive approval, construction is anticipated to complete within a year, promising to revitalize Cap d’Ail by introducing a high-tech leisure and interactive experience destination.
