Marlow Opens in Monaco's Mareterra, Elevating the Local Dining Scene

Marlow, Monaco’s latest culinary addition, celebrated its grand opening last evening in the new Mareterra district, enhancing the Principality's dining landscape with a touch of English elegance fused with Mediterranean flair. The event attracted a host of notable figures, heralding another significant development in the evolution of Mareterra, Monaco’s pioneering six-hectare eco-district. Esteemed Franco-Mexican architect Hugo Toro designed Marlow, featuring a sophisticated interior with warm tones, natural elements, and a prominent central bar, alongside an outdoor terrace that offers serene views across the district’s modern terrain.

The restaurant, under the adept leadership of Bryan Gaillard who brings a wealth of experience from London’s top dining spots, presents a varied menu that includes traditional English breakfasts, champagne-accompanied lobster rolls, and Mediterranean-inspired dishes. A standout feature of Marlow is its luxurious afternoon tea service, offering an array of pastries and fine teas, catering to the refined tastes of Monaco’s residents and visitors.

Marlow’s debut is a key component of Mareterra’s broader vision to foster sustainable urban living while enhancing Monaco’s cultural and gastronomic offerings. With upcoming additions like 99 Sushi, Mareterra is poised to establish itself as a dynamic center of culture, cuisine, and community, further solidifying its role in the Principality’s dynamic growth.
