Air Corsica Launches Direct Nice to Florence Flights Starting June 2025

Air Corsica has announced the inauguration of a first-ever direct flight route from Nice to Florence, launching on June 27, 2025. This new service, offering flights twice a week on Mondays and Fridays, is designed to simplify the journey between the French Riviera and Tuscany, enhancing convenience for travelers from Monaco. Until now, those traveling from Monaco to Florence faced the inconvenience of connecting flights, but with this direct route, a seamless trip is now possible whether for leisure, business, or cultural visits.

The introduction of this route reflects an increasing demand for direct connectivity between Monaco, southern France, and Italy, facilitating both leisure and business engagements. Air Corsica's expansion into the Italian market began in 2022, with routes already established to Rome, Milan, and Olbia. The new Florence connection further consolidates Air Corsica’s presence in the region, promoting greater linkage among Monaco, the Côte d'Azur, Corsica, and Tuscany. This network not only serves the logistical needs of travelers but also fosters cultural and economic exchanges.

Priced competitively, the flights start at 99 euros for a one-way ticket, with round-trip fares starting at 269 euros, inclusive of a 23 kg checked bag and an 8 kg cabin bag. This strategic move by Air Corsica is expected to boost tourism and trade between Monaco and its Mediterranean counterparts, positioning the airline as a significant player in regional air travel by directly connecting Nice and Florence for the first time.
